 Centro Configurator Enhancement with Yanni 🌟
This project delved into the 3D enhancement of the Centro website. I had the opportunity to contribute insights during discussions with the Salsita team, which was both a learning and collaborative experience. I hope this project will work out soon!

Amazing news, team! We’ve achieved our first sale through our social media and marketing efforts, and there are a few special things to note about this:

1. It’s not a small project. The portion of the project that received the green light is valued at $11,000, including installation (and there is a second project being pitched that could potentially double this number).
2. It involves a custom bed with built-in lighting, marking our first custom piece with integrated lighting.
3. The project is located in New York City.

A special shoutout to Jesreel, Maui, and Geoms 

Here’s a list of some of the remarkable contributions these three made to make this happen:

1. Maui studied all competitors to provide us with a snapshot of the competitive landscape.
2. Maui created customer profiles to help us better understand the interior design demographic.
3. Maui outlined a social media strategy for our team to follow.
4. Maui helped curate the list of perks for our interior design trade program.
5. Jesreel organized all our archived posts for scheduled posting.
6. Jesreel curated the posts and managed their scheduling.
7. Together, we brainstormed effective methods to capture interior design leads from Instagram and funnel them into sales.
8. Jesreel exhibited strong accountability by following up with every lead and ensuring I completed additional follow-ups for every single lead.
9. Geoms edited all of the posts.
10. Geoms created the infographic outlining the perks for the trade program.

 With this collective effort, our team achieved an impressive sale in a competitive interior design and custom furniture market, especially in NYC.

Encouraging and helping each other and also they are witty.

What I like everyone is how we collaborate and hands on on works. For example, someone is presenting about a topic that we could use or is currently being used and I like how most of us have inputs or suggestions to improve the work. My reasoning for this is that based on my experience, my previous team or teammates didn't have that which is surprising. That is what I love here in Lousso. 🫶 P.S.: Also, everyone is good to look at (just kidding)

Every is so RESPECTFUL. Working in a Business Process Outsourcing (Customer Service) setting before, we can get treated like *bleep* but I was shocked to see that and experienced that I am valued and praised for my hard work. This is the first time that I worked with a team that values that. I am genuinely happy to be part of the company.

Yanni's team enabled me to work on what I have loved ever since started working - Digital Marketing!
